Hello everyone! I hope you're doing well this last week of January. I find it hard to believe that I have been gone 2 months and counting! I am very happy to have these 2 months out of the way and look forward to the days pealing back. I have finished my masters degree in business this last month with a 39 page research paper on the history and future of Army mentorship. I needed something new to obsess about so I looked in the mirror and saw a fat guy staring back at me. I knew that was my next goal is to look better, feel better, and have better blood work! I started off with a lot of cardio and not too much weights. I think my starting weight was around 215 but didn't weigh until I had been at a few days. I work with a personal trainer and he wrote me a great fat loss program. I am still working on the nutrition part to ensure that I stay fed and have the energy to execute this intense program. I like running on the tread mill so that helps me a lot. I have not been working on my distance running like I was doing when I arrived with my half marathon in the first few weeks. This program doesn't point target a body area but works for overall bod fat loss. My beautiful wife Jess has been so good about her weight loss throughout the better part of 3 years so I figured I had better get myself into gear and step it up.
You & Jess are such "Go Getters." I love it. Have either of you ever set out to so something and not accomplish it?? You're doing great things Jeremy. I hope all continues to go your way and time continues to pass quickly so you can get your butt home to your family. Lots of Love, Stormy
